We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with a strong background in fashion and digital retail. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing strategy while supporting the growth and performance of our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
Develop and implement email marketing campaign strategy (newsletters, product launches, automations, retention flows)
Manage segmentation strategies to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion rates
Build and optimize automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to improve performance
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to drive growth
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing
Proven experience working within the fashion industry (required)
Strong working knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce operations
Experience with email marketing platform Klaviyo
Solid understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines
