SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you want to return an item purchased on Blacksuedestudio.com you may return the item for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
  • - For orders over $350, shipping is FREE within the USA and Canada (with the exception of AK, NT, YT, and NU, where additional shipping surcharges may be incurred).
  • - For orders under $350, shipping is a flat fee of $15 within the USA and Canada.
  • - Shipping to European and Middle Eastern countries is a flat fee of $30 for all orders.
  • - P.O. boxes are not accepted as shipping addresses.
  • - We do not ship to Russia.
  • - If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason, they will be responsible for re-shipping fees, duties & taxes.
  • - If you have entered the wrong shipping address on your order, it is your responsibility to contact the courier.
  • - Duties, taxes and tariffs are subject to payment by the customer upon delivery.
  • - Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an email confirmation with the purchase information. Please enter a valid mobile number and/or email address in order to receive shipping updates.
  • - Our warehouses operate Monday to Friday. Your order will be shipped out in 1-3 business days.
  • - Transit times may vary depending on the destination of shipment. Estimated delivery ranges between 2-6 business days. Please note, holidays may cause a delay in shipping times.
  • - Displayed prices do not include sales taxes. The amount of sales tax will be determined by the destination of shipment and will be applied at checkout.

  • - All return requests must be made within 30 days for a refund. Please feel free to reach out to customercare@blacksuedestudio.com should you have any concerns around getting your return product back to us, we will be happy to help.
  • - All returns must be in a new, unworn, unused, undamaged condition, and in their original packaging (packing slip, shoe box, dust bag, heel tips etc.)
  • - When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Please try on your shoes on a carpet or similar platform, as our soles are delicate and can be scratched. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
  • - We reserve the right to not accept returns if not in proper condition. Items that are not accepted for return will be sent back to you.
  • - All items with a discount of 40% and above are subject to online store credit or exchange only. No refunds for these item(s) can be processed.
  • - We offer free returns to the USA and Canada, with the exception of AK, NT, YT and NU.
  • - Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns.
  • - Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • - A $10 restocking fee per order will be deducted from your total refund.
  • - If the delivery cannot be completed and is returned to the sender, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund.

  • - The refund will be processed once we receive the item(s) in our facilities and are inspected based on the conditions mentioned above.
  • - You will receive the refund via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase. The amount may not appear in your account for up to 14 days, depending on your banking institution.
  • - All items with a discount 60% and above are final sale. All items discounted 40% or above are subject to store credit or exchange only.

We offer our customers a price adjustment if the requirements below are met:

  • - The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days
  • - The item must still be available on our website in the style and size purchased
  • - Price adjustments can only be applied once per style
  • - Offers and promotions cannot be combined.

 

If all the above criteria have been met, please email us at customercare@blacksuedestudio.com with your order number and a screenshot of the item and we will proceed to refund the difference onto the original method of payment.
