Beautiful shoes, but falling apart after two wears

I love these shoes, they are stunning and super comfortable, however, the sole under the tip looks like it’s crumbling off. I’ve worn these shoes at work twice (so walking from my car to my desk, to the bathroom, and then back to my car). Scared to wear them but they’re so stunning omg. I’m crying
